Procedure for incoming students
The Erasmus coordinator of a partner institution should send us the filled and signed application form (the passport number is necessary only for foreigners from outside the EU who apply for visa).
Applications for winter semester should be sent until 1st July each year to email@example.com
Applications for spring semester should be sent until 1st December each year to firstname.lastname@example.org
You can send us Learning Agreement together with the application form but you can send it later as well.
No other documents are required.
We will inform you about the acceptance as soon as possible. The number of accepted students depends on our accommodation availability and support in each course that we can provide.
PWSW will provide assistance when required in securing documents needed for receiving visa for incoming students.

PWSW will provide mobile participants with accommodation in PWSW dormitory.
PWSW will provide the participants with the information about National Health Insurance, help with completing necessary documents and filling forms in Polish language.

The ECTS grading scale at PWSW: 5.0 – A, 4.5 – B, 4.0 – C, 3.5 – D, 3.0 – E, 2.0 – F.
